I am part of the Population Genetics of Inbred Strains project and perform the following tasks:

  • Determine the false negative and false positive rates for SNP discovery in the NIEHS dataset.
  • Confirmation the intersubspecific introgression in wild derived strains
  • Selection of wild derived SNPs for the MusDiversity Array
  • Establishment and maintenance of the DNA and tissue repository at UNC
  • Pre-CC phenotyping
