I provide bioinformatics support in the development and analysis of Mouse Diversity Genotyping Array. 623,124 SNPs and 916,269 invariant sequences were selected and their probes were designed based on various sophisticated criteria on that Array. I also provide and update annotation files for Mouse Diversity Genotyping Array.
 
Besides the Mouse Diversity Genotyping Array, I develop and update various SNP data sets such as 70K SNP set and imputed SNP set.
