Mouse Map Converter

This application uses the mouse maps generated for Cox et al "A New Standard Genetic Map for the Laboratory Mouse" to convert between Centimorgans, Base Pairs, MIT Marker Positions and SNP ID's. A linear interpolation is used (as described in the paper) to convert between Base Pairs and Centimorgans when an exact match is not found in the map. Links to complete data are at the bottom of this page.
